A SPECIAL DAY WITH NANA

Today is a special day. We went over to Nana's house for lunch of tunna fish sanswiches, jello salad my favorite, carrotts and chips. It was so ymmy as always. I showed grandma my scrapbook pages. She loved thema and saw them all. She said, Christin you have such a talent. Then we went outside. Nana showed Anna her flower gardens. She learned about the flower and smelled some of them. Anna was really excited. She aslo made her own flower garden by getting a few flowers and putting them on the ground. I thought it was so cute. I also got so nice pics of the girls with grandma. Aren't they so cute. Then we went back inside and Anna saw the cats grandpa made and she walked them around the house it was so funny and Caroline knocked them down with her hand. Nana said she can't hurt them Christin. We had such a fun time. Nana even showed me the doll house she is making for me. We love you Nana. The girls had so much fun.

A GRAMMY DAY

Today we went to puppy Grammy's house and we had dinner and I wanted to get the girls pics with their grammy. Aren't they so cute. She is so sweet to them. We love you grammy you and kitty grammy our the best grammy's.

HAPPY FATHERS DAY DADDY

Today is Father's Day. I love this day. Anna made Daddy a special card at school for a Christian poem. Then I ordered some wallets pics of the girls and put them in a dad's wallet that holds 40 pics so he can take it to work with him and he can look at his girly girls anytime. Then I had each girl color a smal pic to include in the wallet. Caroline even did one with my help. Shhh don't tel daddy. Anna gave daddy her card and I had Caroline give daddy the sack with the wallet. She just held the bag and Anna said, Give it to daddy Caroline" and she didn't so Anna got it from her and gave it to daddy. He loved his gifts but he loves the girls more. We love you daddy. Love your precious babies.

A NEW THING I CAN DO

Today is a big day for our little Caroline. I was cooking dinner and I noticed she clapped for the first time on June 10th, 2007. Then I clapped with her. She was smiling so big and now she does it all the time. Caroline I'm so proud of you. She is growing up so fast. Enjoy the pics.

TAKE THE PLUNGE VBS

Today is going to be a awesome week for our children. From June 5-8th is Vacation Bible School at our church. I'm helping out with the 3 yr old class. At 8:00am I'm doing breakfast witht he babies and getting them all washed up til 9:00. Our theme this year is Take the Plunge. Each day we have differnt take the plunges and they are Plunge into Courage, Faith, Service, and Obedience. We have a singing time were they watch a video of children playing at a water park and singing praise songs. Anna loves the song where she jumps and she swings her hands so much. Then we have a Bible Story and then we all separate into our classes. The Bible stories we talked about this week are, Jesus walks on the water, The one about the desiciples casting there nets on the other side, the disciples washing Jesus's feet and I forgot the other one. They did some fun crafts that has to deal with water. They made flippers, a water bottle ocean, and a photo card with their photo on it just to name a few. Then they went outside and played for awhile and then they came back in and we had a activity along with the story. ON Thursday they had a sprinkler day and Anna did not want to go in. She said,"mommy the water gets in my eyes," and started craying. So she played on the slide. We also collected cans for a food bank drive and build a castle. I had a really fun time being with the children and teaching them about Jesus and to show service to them. Then we closed with more singing. I think they learned alot about courage, faith, service and obidence. It will be a week I will never forget.

LITTLE SWIMMERS

Today was the first day Tim and I are going to take the girls swimming. I bought Anna a new Minny Mouse suit and she loves it because Minnie is like her favorite stuffed animal. Elizabeth bought Caroline her swimsuit it's so cute because she doesn't have to get sun burned and they don't have to wear diapers. We went swimming for our kick off for Vacation Bible Scool on Monday night June 4th, 2007. Anna was so ready to get into the water but when she put her toes in she did not want too. She just cried. Tim finaly got her to get in and she lasted like 1 minute. Caroline did not like it at all and screamed so I pulled her out and she stayed with me. Anna just sat by the side of the pool and dangled her feet in. Then we went to Kitty Grammy's house and had ice cream and we got the bathed and put them to sleep. I told Anna we would go again when it's a little warmer.
